Elegant Eyecatcher in Modern Homes

The Merida displays a lively, panoramic view of the dancing flames

Trier, Germany, June 2010. One look at the new Merida stove from Hase is enough to warm your heart: On a base measuring only 37 cm in diameter, a striking panoramic window prominently accentuates the dance of the flames. The slender stove column clad in ceramic is carefully handcrafted in the Hase stove factory. With a thermal output of 4 kW, the Merida is specifically designed for homes with low heating requirements. In effect, a comparatively small fire box generates pleasant warmth without overheating the room.

The Art of Ceramic
Perfectly shaped and exceptionally vivid, ceramic finds an attractive home in the Merida stove. The art of manufacturing ceramic is one of the specialties of the Hase stove factory: At the company’s premises in Trier, Hase has been developing new forms, shapes, and glazes from the uniquely warm and natural material for many years now. 13 brilliant ceramic colours ranging from sand and bamboo up to poppy and basalt can be combined as desired with any of the four steel stove colours: silver-grey, black, umbra, or the special titan colour – an elegant shade of grey with a light gold shimmer – accentuate exciting highlights in any home.

The Merida is 135 cm tall, 48 cm wide, and 41 cm deep. It weighs 144 kg. Its thermal output of 4 kW makes it ideal for homes with low heating requirements.
