Your Hase stove comes with a long-term parts availability guarantee for replacement parts. Please order replacement parts from your authorised dealer, he or she will also be glad to provide you with information about prices and delivery times.

When a stove is installed, a tightly sealed building can prevent an adequate supply of air to the stove. To ensure a sufficient supply of combustion air, a separate air supply duct is guided from the outside and into the fire box of the stove. There are 2 categories of direct vent stoves: stoves with an external combustion air connection and certified vent stoves.

Eine Pflicht zur Messung der Feinstaub- und CO-Werte besteht erst seit März 2010. Jedoch können wir Ihnen auf Anfrage in den meisten Fällen auch Bescheinigung für die Kaminöfen früherer Baureihen zusenden.

Stoves with clean combustion processes do not need particulate matter air filters. All Hase stoves meet the planned standards for low particulate matter and CO values, and thus do not require an additional fine particulate air filter.

Vermutlich nicht, denn die Kosten für Nachrüstlösungen wie Katalysatoren oder Feinstaubfilter (Abscheider) liegen derzeit bei ca. 800,- bis 2.500,- €, eventuell kommen Folgekosten für die Wartung hinzu.

Je nach Konstruktion greift die Nachrüstlösung in ein funktionierendes Ofen-Schornstein-System ein, so dass das Brennverhalten des Kaminofens negativ beeinträchtigt werden kann. Wir bieten aus diesem Grund keine Nachrüstlösungen an.
